Here’s some answers to questions we receive often:

Q: Do you have parking?

A: Yes, there is parking behind the bakery. It belongs to the city, so it is metered from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are free. There is also lots of parking along Rennie’s Mill Road, along Bannerman Park.

Q: What are your hours?

A: We are now open 7 days a week, 8am – 6pm

Q: Where exactly are you located?

A: We are at 134 Military Road, right in the middle of Rawlins Cross. The building used to be a video store; before that, a laundromat.

Q: Can I make a reservation?

A: We are unfortunately not taking reservations at this time.

Q: Do you have gluten free options?

A: We use flour (an airborne allergen) in our kitchen, so nothing we create can 100% be guaranteed gluten free. We do, however, offer some options that are flourless, or gluten friendly.

Q: I just called and nobody answered. What the?

A: When there are guests at the counter, we unfortunately cannot answer the phone. Usually when we don’t answer, we are either closed, on a call, or assisting guests.

Q: I’d like to place an order. What’s the best way to do this?

Q: Can I sit in and have a bite to eat?

A: Yes you can! We have a little cafe area where you can sit to enjoy your treat or a light lunch!
